The policemen's helmet is Justice the two pint glasses are the scales. Divine Justice is like a double-edged sword. The guilty are punished by her blade while the innocent are granted mercy. Like the prisoner handcuffed to the police officer we are bound to the universal forces of Justice. The cosmic court can not be fooled and all humanities deeds are laid bare for examination.

Dignified: Justice has ruled in your favour. You have sound judgement and any choices made will lead to success. The scales of your life are evenly waited resulting in period of harmonious balance. Wrongs will be righted and it is you who holds the sword of justice. Punishment or mercy which do you prefer?
